Privacy

Signature contact details stay in this page and clear on reload. Photos, logos and banners are uploaded only after you confirm public hosting. Anyone with the image link can view it. Hosted images persist so email recipients can load them. Use Manage hosted uploads during the editing session to delete an upload; removing it from the signature does not delete the file. Reloading clears deletion controls. Email apps may retain cached copies. Images supplied by URL load from their original host.

Frequently asked questions

Is this email signature creator free, with no signup?

Yes. All 60 templates, customization, formatted copying and HTML downloads are free. You do not need a Little Work Box account, and adding an email address to your signature is optional.

Can you automatically install my email signature in one click?

Copy signature puts the formatted signature on your clipboard in one click when your browser allows it. You then paste it into your email app’s signature settings and save. Changing account settings automatically requires authorization from your email provider; this signup-free tool does not access your email account.

How do I add my signature to Gmail or Outlook?

Copy your signature and open the matching setup guide in the tool. In Gmail, go to Settings, See all settings, General, then Signature. In Outlook, go to Settings, Accounts, then Signatures; some versions use Mail, Compose and reply. Paste into a new signature, choose defaults for new messages and replies, and save.

Can I add a photo, logo or LinkedIn profile?

Yes. Upload a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo up to 8 MB and 16 megapixels, crop it, and confirm public hosting so recipients can load it. Logo and banner uploads are also supported. You can instead use your own public HTTPS image URLs. Choose the portrait shape and size, add six social profiles, and customize a text or image banner. Email apps may block remote images until allowed.

Are my signature details uploaded or saved?

Contact details stay in this page and clear on reload. Images are uploaded only after you confirm public hosting and choose Upload & use. Uploaded images are re-encoded and stored at public, randomly named URLs so email recipients can load them. You can delete your hosted upload during the editing session; cached copies may remain for a while. If you supply an image URL, its original host receives the request. Clipboard contents and downloaded HTML include the details and image links you export.

Will the signature look identical in every email app?

Templates use table layouts, inline styles and common fonts to help portability. Email apps can still adjust spacing, colors, fonts or remote images, especially in dark mode or on mobile. Send a test email before using your signature. The Apple Mail guide covers the Mac app; mobile apps may have different signature options.

What if copying the formatted signature does not work?

The tool tries a second copying method automatically. If your browser still blocks the clipboard, choose Select signature and press Ctrl+C or Command+C. You can also download the HTML, open it in a browser, and copy the formatted signature into your email settings.
